Mi clientes CRITERIA PRODUCCIONES, que es una persona natural que gestiona asuntos públicos y perfomances bajo dicha marca, han solicitado mis servicios profesionales de abogado, para determinar la discriminación de que son objeto por vuestra gestión y actividad en la pagina Web youtube de Internet.

Como a Ustedes consta el día de anteayer, martes, 12 de febrero mi cliente subió un video que muestra un topless chileno en playas chilenas -con chicas chilenas- todas mayores de edad - particularmente en la ciudad de Viña del Mar , que para esta fecha está en plena actividad veraniega.

Sorprendentemente dicho video puesto en vuestra pagina -en menos de ocho horas - registró mas de 660 visitas, lo que resultaba significativo y prometedor para sus realizadores que se amparaban en el contrato de aceptación de condiciones que ustedes han propuesto para adherir al uso de yuotube .

A mi como profesional habilitado como abogado ante la comunidad europea-dado mi doctorado en la Universidad complutense de Madrid -me resulta imposible de explicar el por qué ha ocurrido la bajada de dicho video de vuestra página, ya que existen online Videos de las mismas características de Europa y los Estados Unidos, y sin Censura .

Por lo anteriormente expuesto, hemos comenzado ha trabajar la tesis de una discriminación atentatoria a los derechos constitucionales que nos asisten tanto en Chile, como en Irlanda, país sede da la pagina Web.-

Antes de iniciar cualquier estudio de mayor profundidad u accionar ante tribunales nacionales e internacionales, les ruego encarecidamente tengan la deferencia de indicarme las razones que han tenido para dicha circunstancia.
